I want your Banana Chocolate order to be a special experience! 

  • I carefully prepare and send every order directly from my studio.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and may vary depending on destination, size, and weight.

  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for me to process your order.

Delivery Times:

  • 🇪🇸 Spain: 2–5 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days

  • 🌏 Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

  • I ship internationally.

  • Customs duties or taxes may apply ⚠️ (these are the customer’s responsibility)

🔄 Returns

I hope you love your order ❤️, but if not, I accept returns within 30 days.

How to return:

  1. Email me at hi@bananachocolatestudio.com.

  2. Let me know the reason for the return and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.

Return rules:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping cost is your responsibility.

  • I recommend using a tracked service for safety.

Refunds:

  • I will process refunds to the same card used for purchase.

  • Within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

  • EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please click the "Submit Withdrawal" button available on our website and provide your name and order number. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request and, if applicable, instructions for returning your items.
